Thank you again to all that participated in the raffle and reminder that Breonna Taylor’s killers - Brett Hankison, Jonathan Mattingly, and Myles Cosgrove -still walk free. Systemic and blatant racism is still alive and well. Peaceful protests are being attacked by state-sanctioned violence. We’re still in the middle of a pandemic that disproportionately affects Black and Brown folks. Donate more. Speak up more. Listen always.

We urge everyone to not only donate but to take the time to visit the websites of the organizations to further personal education about systemic racism and to find out what actions we can take to assist in ENDING IT. Some, like the ACLU page, even include direct links to petitions and other actions we can take RIGHT NOW.
A reminder that in one month on July 7th, the BLM movement is calling for a NATIONWIDE ECONOMIC BLACKOUT on ALL SPENDING to peaceably demonstrate the power of the black community and their supporters. If a dollar must be spent, please take care to spend it towards a black-owned business. We will close the raffle on that date.
